Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Must provide proof of damage or defective item for a replacement. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as each item it custom made. 


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any reason. All sales final.
